Multitrack Mixing Costs
$48.00 per hour. The total time depends upon the consistency, quality and number of your tracks in the multitrack project. Also, if the track layout and instrumentation is fairly consistent for each song in the album, then the treatment of the first song will probably, with slight adjustments, be appropriate for the following songs as well. On the other hand, if the tracks vary widely, it will take more time to mix them.
Note: Since a mix client already has his or her song in a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), and we may not use the same one (unless it's Digital Performer), we will set up the tracks and soundfiles in a new DP project free of charge. Once that is done, the mixing time will begin.
